Every prompt version is content-addressed (SHA-256) and optionally certified — which seals a genesis event into the BLACKBOX hash chain as cryptographic proof of when the prompt was approved, by whom, and exactly what it contained. Certified prompts cannot be deleted or altered after the fact.

HOW CERTIFICATION WORKS
1. Register
Submit a prompt name, version, and content. The SHA-256 hash is computed and stored.
2. Certify
Certification seals a genesis event into the BLACKBOX chain — with the content hash, name, version, and timestamp.
3. Prove
The chain event hash can be independently recomputed from the sealed record. Anyone can verify the prompt was approved at that exact moment.
4. Deploy
Reference the content_hash in your agent's genesis event to prove which certified version it ran under.
